About Ashton-on-Ribble
Ashton-on-Ribble is a suburb of Preston, Lancashire, UK. The maps are not very clear about the exact limits of Ashton-on-Ribble, so for the purposes of this website we take the term to include all areas to the west of Preston, including the docks, the university, Lea, Larches, Savick, Plungington and Ingol.
